Foundry professionally seasoned, pro-logic cookware is ready to use, right out of the box. The panini press is oven safe to 500 degrees the deep ribs enable searing and press food we use a proprietary soy-based vegetable oil to season our cookware. The oil contains no animal fat or peanut oil.
