The Lodge Pizza/Roasting Pan is a magnificent piece of cast iron and is the best way to prepare golden-crusted pizza, or roast veggies. Perfect for cookie or biscuit sheet. Pizza recipes included. We use a proprietary soy-based vegetable oil to season our cookware. The oil contains no animal fat or peanut oil.
