Expedited Parcel: 1 up to 7 business days

Flat Rate: Flat rate is an estimate of actual shipping costs. Tell us in the order comments when you need your order delivered. If you are not in a rush, we can ship at the most economical rate and credit you the difference. If you need it ASAP and Xpresspost was not an option on your item, we will let you know. Large items may cost more to ship; we will let you know the actual shipping cost and adjust your charges.

For delivery in the USA, US Customs may charge you duties on orders over $200, if the items were not produced in North America (Canada, USA or Mexico.)   

For delivery in Australia, check out with Paypal to receive free return delivery in case you change your mind (this is a Paypal promotion and Paypal may cancel this promotion without notice.)

We ship most products from Mississauga, Ontario, so most packages destined for southern Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick will arrive within 2 to 3 days via Expedited Parcel, depending on the weather. If you place your order before 1 pm, we try to get your package out the same day. Sometimes, we need an extra day or two to get out-of-stock items from a local supplier.

Heavy and very large products require special handling and coordination with logistics companies. The flat rate options provided at check out are a rough estimate of shipping costs for medium sized items and may need to be revised, depending on where you need the product delivered to and the size of your order. We will advise you of any additional charges before shipping. However, if you are not available when the shipment arrives, the shipper will apply surcharges to the delivery and you will be responsible for those charges.

FedEx Ground is suitable for deliveries within southern Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick, when you need someone to walk a parcel into your office. FedEx Economy and Next Day are premium products and much more expensive than Ground.

FedEx limits the hours when we may drop off your package for delivery to Monday through Friday, before 5 pm.
